RGD peptide was added at a concentration of 6.8 mM corresponding to the 100% RGD gel. This was further mixed with RDG (scrambled) peptide to dilute RGD concentration to 10% and 0% RGD, to keep total peptide concentration consistent between hydrogel conditions.
