A large petroclival meningioma treated by mSRS. (A) The dose–volume histograms quantify the treatment characteristics. The prescription dose was 25 Gy in five fractions. The PTV was 16.8 cc. The nCI was 1.3 and the tumor coverage 95.4%. Maximal doses to the optic chiasm and left optic nerve were 16.9 Gy and 14 Gy, respectively.
