(B) After painful NRC, SDG treatment significantly decreases 8-OHG labeling compared to both NRC with PBS (vehicle) treatment (* p = 0.0001) and levels in the DRGs from Sham + SDG group (^# p = 0.0164). 8-OHG is also significantly lower (* p = 0.041) in the Sham+SDG treatment group compared to the NRC with vehicle treatment.
