(A) The cells (1 × 106 cells/mL) were treated with 200 μg/mL for the indicated time (0, 6, 12, 18, 24 hr) or with the indicated concentrations of PGFE (50, 100, 150, and 200 μg/mL) for 24 hr. (B) The translocation of Nrf2 was analyzed by Western blot analysis from cells treated with 200 μg/mL of PGFE.
