The innermost strip-type circle represents clades conserved as unlinked at the genus level. The next outer circle indicates whether it was considered a symbiont of the genome, and if classification failed at the species level, it was marked as unknown. The outer two bar charts show the genome size and 16S rRNA copy number, respectively.
