Genes that belong to the genomic context are shown as arrows. The predicted number and structural organization of TM helices and structural organization according TOPCONS are shown in the last column, where transmembrane domains (TMDs) are colored in clear and dark green, nucleotide-binding domains (NBDs) in purple, and regulatory domains (when present) in pale purple. FHA is the fork-head associated domain and ECD is the extracellular domain.
