Loss of p11 affects formation of hyperplastic lesions in PyMT driven tumors. Whole mammary glands from PyMT/p11-WT (n = 3) and PyMT/p11-KO mice at (6 (6 W), 8 (8 W), 10 (10 W), 12 (12 W) weeks) were excised, fixed, and stained with carmine alum as per standard protocols (See Materials and Methods).
