Determination of TrkB protein in Ishikawa cells by cell immunofluorescence. The Ishikawa cells were incubated with anti-TrkB or primary antibody dilution (negative control), then coupled with FITC-conjugated secondary antibody (FITC; green) and propidium iodide (PI; red) for the detection of nuclei.
