Ang-(1-7) inhibited the LPS-induced p38, JNK, and BCL-2 phosphorylation in C2C12 cells. C2C12 cells were pre-incubated in the absence or presence of Ang-(1-7) for 30 min (100 nM). Then, the cells were incubated without or with LPS (500 ng/mL) for 30 min to analyze p38 (A) or JNK (C) phosphorylation and for 4 h for BCL-2 phosphorylation (E) by Western blot.
