Stereotactic coordinates of the individual DBS contacts in each patient reconstructed with Lead-DBS (see Methods) are presented in format (x,y,z) in reference to the midcommissural point of the anterior commissure - posterior commissure plane. In each patient contact 3 is the most dorsal (corresponding to the GPi region) and contact 0 is the most ventral (corresponding to NBM). These coordinates correspond exactly to Fig. 1.
