Ex vivo ileum rat total GLP1 secretion induced by hTAS2R14 agonists. Rat segments of ileum were treated with Flufenamic acid(FFA) 50 µM, protocatechuic acid(PCA) 300 µM or Vanillic acid(VAN) 300 µM for 30 min.
