Average relative gene dose ratios between sexes of autosomal (blue bars) and X-specific genes (red bars), identified from the comparative genome coverage analysis in Coleonyx elegans and tested by qPCR across 12 eublepharid, two phyllodactylid and one sphaerodactylid species.
