Pyranoxanthone 2 (PX2) treatment enhances paclitaxel-mediated cytotoxicity. NCIH460 (a) HPAEpiC (b) cells were treated with 0.85 μM and 1.7 μM of PX2 and/or paclitaxel (PTX) at 2 nM, for 48 h. A 8-days colony-formation assay was performed. After washout, the surviving colonies were stained with crystal violet and a representative figure is shown for each condition. Quantification of data shown was performed and the results are the mean from three independent experiments, expressed as % of survival fraction. Statistical relevance of **** p < 0.0001 by two-way ANOVA with Tukey’s multiple comparisons test was used.
