Competition assay with COV2-SPIKE421–434 coated ELISA plate. Plasma from 11 COVID19 patients, with strong and medium antibody response against COV2-SPIKE421–434 epitope, were pre-incubated overnight with NL63-RBM3. The grey and black bars represent plasma reactivity against COV2-SPIKE421–434 under normal conditions and after incubation with NL63-RBM3, respectively. Positive and negative controls were included in the assay.
