Salinity induces AFB3 protein expression in root meristem of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings. Three-day-old pAFB3::AFB3-GUS (A–D) seedlings were transferred onto Murashige & Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with 0 (A,C) or 150 mM of NaCl (B,D) and cultivated for additional five days.
