TrxR activity in Caco-2 cell lysates treated with peptides (0.05 mg/mL) in the presence or absence of TbOOH (350 µM). Cells were pre-treated with the peptides and oxidative stress was induced by 350 µM TbOOH for 48 h. Total TrxR activity was measured at 412 nm and referred to mg proteins.
