The antioxidant activity of ASE and chlorogenic acid (CGA) was evaluated through 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging (A), reducing power (B), 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging (C), and fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) activities (D).
