AMX = amoxicillin (tested using ampicillin disc); AMC = amoxicillin-clavulanate; LEX = cephalexin; CVN = cefovecin; FQN = any fluoroquinolone (enrofloxacin most commonly tested); SXT = trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (TMS); ERY = erythromycin; GEN = gentamicin; TET = tetracyclines (doxycycline, tetracycline).
