Overall survival according to ALBI grade and EZ-ALBI grade. Three- and 5-year survival rates according to ALBI grade 1/2/3 were 80/58/18% and 67/40/8%, respectively. According to EZ-ALBI grade 1/2/3, the corresponding rates were 80/57/18% and 67/39/8%, respectively. The pro­gnostic ability of the ALBI grade and EZ-ALBI grade by AIC were 35,914 and 35,897, respectively. Both ALBI grade and EZ-ALBI grade stratified HCC patient prognosis well.
