Corpus tissue from Hp+/−, KRAS+/− mice obtained after 12 wk (N = 2 independent mouse experiments and n = 6–12 mice per group) was assessed for KRAS pathway activation via immunofluorescence microscopy. Stomachs were stained with an antibody against phospho-ERK1/2 (red) and DAPI (grey). Images were taken with a Zeiss LSM 780 confocal microscope using a 20× objective and analyzed with Zen and Fiji software. Representative images are shown and arrowheads show examples of phospho-ERK1/2 signal. Scale bars, 100 μm.
