A double tagged TbVps24:HA/Ty:TbRab7 cell line was used for immunolocalization. Permeabilized cells were stained with anti-HA (green) and anti-Ty (red) to localize relative to the Rab7+ LE (A), or anti-HA (green) and anti-p67 (red) to localize relative to the terminal lysosome (B). Three-channel summed stack projections are presented. Cell outlines traced from matched DIC images; kinetoplasts (k) and nuclei (n) are indicated. The LE/lysosomal regions (asterisk) are presented in 1.5x magnified single- and three-channel format at the bottom of each image.
