ACS Clinical Governance Programme Structure and Timelines. (A) Eligible patients with ACS could be enrolled from spoke hospitals (transfer), self-presenting to emergency department, or via Emergency Medical System (non-transfer). After inclusion, the ACS population is prospectively divided into four main population. Data are reported from the feasibility, single-centre phase (1523 patients).
