Midbody disassembly in Chk2-deficient cells. HeLa cells stably expressing tubulin:GFP (white) were treated with 10 µM Chk2 inhibitor II and analyzed by time-lapse fluorescence microscopy in cytokinesis. Frames were taken every 5 min for 30 min.
