Cleavage of the intercellular canal in Chk2-deficient cells. HeLa cells stably expressing tubulin:GFP were treated with 10 µM Chk2 inhibitor II and analyzed by phase-contrast time-lapse microscopy in cytokinesis. Frames were taken every 5 min for 60 min.
