Cleavage of the intercellular canal in ATM-deficient cells. HeLa cells stably expressing tubulin:GFP were treated with 10 µM KU-55933 and analyzed by phase-contrast time-lapse microscopy in cytokinesis. Frames were taken every 5 min for 60 min.
