Low GRADE Children with sagittal suture synostosis at the age of 6 to 18 months appear to have little or no increased risk of speech and language problems compared to children without craniofacial anomaly. Children with metopic suture, lambdoid suture or coronal suture synostosis aged 6 to 18 months appear to have a slightly increased risk of speech and language problems compared to children without craniofacial anomaly.
