In the case 1, the patient presented with dizziness. The brain stem was compressed by a large partially thrombosed vertebral artery aneurysm. (A–C) Overlapping stents with double low-profile visualized intraluminal support (LVIS) were placed (two of 4.5 × 32 mm).
