Monitor of immune-related genes expression in PBL after H9N2 AIV infection and immunization, respectively. Expressions of immune-related gene in PBL were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). In the H9N2 AIV infected and immunization experiments, the total RNA of PBL was extracted derived from 3 chickens of each group. And, the data were collected from 3 biological samples in each group, each sample performed in triplicate.
