LINC00844 knockdown downregulates CYP3A4, SULT2A1, CYP2E1, PXR, and HNF4α in HepaRG cells. HepaRG cells were transfected with an si-RNA against LINC00844 to specifically knock down LINC00844. LINC00844 expression was significantly reduced by 69% in cells transfected with si-LINC00844 compared to those with si-NC (a). CYP3A4, SULT2A1, CYP2E1, PXR, and HNF4α were downregulated to different extents due to LINC00844 knockdown at both the mRNA (a) and protein (b, c) levels.
