THP-1 cells were treated with Geldanamycin (30 μM), Radicicol (10 μM), 17-DMAG (10 μM) and 17-AAG (10 μM) for 0, 1, 2, 4 and 8 h. Cell lysis were collected and the protein content of NLRP3 was determined with Western Blot (A) and statistically analyzed (B). MG132 (5 μM) or DMSO was added to THP-1 cells for 1 h before the treatment of HSP90 inhibitors as in (A) for 4 h. The cell protein content of NLRP3 was analyzed with Western Blot (C,D).
