TBX22 was downregulated in PTC cell lines and attenuated the capability of proliferation. (D,E) CCK-8 assays determined the cell viability of (D) loss-of-TBX22 and (E) gain-of-TBX22 PTC cells. (F) Colony formation assays were used to determine the cell colony formation ability of loss-of-TBX22 and gain-of-TBX22 PTC cells. Student’s t-test was used in comparison with the si-NC or VECTOR groups. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, ****p < 0.0001 in data analysis, and all assays were repeated at least three times.
