BBR upregulated Sirt1 expression in adipose tissue. Wild Type (WT) or Sirt ^+/− (KO) C57BL/6 mice fed with normal chow (NC) or high-fat diet (HFD) were treated with either 25 mg/kg (BL) or 50 mg/kg (BH) BBR for 2 weeks.
