Mice were intravenously administered with various formulations every other day for seven times, and each formulation contained the same dose of drugs (Dox and ICG: 5 mg/kg). Inserted image was the representative tumor excised from the mice (from left to right: Saline, RS/D, RS/I + L, RS/I-D + L). Data were expressed as the mean standard deviation of six samples.
