Clinical presentations of other rare causes of chronic cicatrizing conjunctivitis (CCC). These include bullous pemphigoid, which presents with exuberant granulation tissue and large conjunctival granulomas on the tarsus (a), bulbar (b), and forniceal conjunctiva (c). Linear IgA disease, which also presents with flat tarsal granulomas (d).
