Creatine recovery constants measured across various volunteers, including intra-day and inter-day scans. A minimum of 20 minutes separation was maintained between successive PFEs to ensure full creatine recovery.

The slice with the thickest portion of LG was chosen as the slice of interest. When comparing between two sessions, similar slices were manually chosen based on thickness of LG and appearance of fibula within those slices.
