Total number (hematoxylin counterstained) subtracted by the number of positive cells for DHEA/DHEAS are negative cells for DHEA/DHEAS, and vice versa for PTEN. The comparisons were between younger adults (with higher blood DHEAS levels) and the age group with significant percent of cases <2040 nmol/L.
