An overview of the LitCovid daily workflow (A–G). The PubMed publications are retrieved using a query via NCBI’s E-utils. The publications are classified as to whether they are relevant to COVID-19. The relevant publications are curated further by topic categorization as well as geolocation and chemical extraction. The curated publications are then imported into our Solr database.
