Example PFM network matrices, capturing the functional coupling between the mode timeseries. We display the group network matrix alongside the network matrices from subject 25 in the rest, motor and visual conditions. As in Fig. 12, we display the posterior precision matrices (i.e. β for the group level and α(sr) at the run level) as partial correlations. Modes were split into three categories and reordered for visualisation of the network matrices: visual (Vis); motor (Mot); and cognitive (Cog).
