We display the group network matrix alongside the network matrices from subject 25 in the rest, motor and visual conditions. As in Fig. 12, we display the posterior precision matrices (i.e. β for the group level and α^(sr) at the run level) as partial correlations. Modes were split into three categories and reordered for visualisation of the network matrices: visual (Vis); motor (Mot); and cognitive (Cog).
