Prior to initiation then weekly for the first month, every other week for second month, then monthly for duration of therapy |
Interrupt treatment if leukocytosis is not improved with hydroxyurea. When resolved, resume ivosidenib at 500 mg once daily. Do not withhold for cytopenias. |
