FGF signaling induces downregulation of E‐cadherin dependent on zinc finger E‐box–binding homeobox 1 (ZEB1) and K‐Ras. A, PANC‐1 cells were transfected with siRNA against ZEB1 or nonspecific control siRNA (NC). After 24 h of transfection, cells were treated with FGF basic‐TS for 48 h. Expressions of E‐cadherin and ZEB1 were analyzed by immunoblotting. B, PANC‐1 cells were transfected with siRNA against K‐Ras or nonspecific control siRNA (NC).
