Combination of sorafenib and CuB decreases colony formation synergistically and arrests the cell cycle at the G2/M phase in HCC cells. (A, B) Following treatment with 2000 nm sorafenib and/or 25 nm CuB for 48 h, the number of colonies in HepG2 and Huh7 cells was recorded. (C) The DNA content distributions of the cell cycle were detected by flow cytometry with PI staining after treatment for 48 h. Data are presented as the mean ± SD from three independent experiments.
