Data are shown as means ± SD. *P < 0.05, versus the control group; ^# P < 0.05, versus the miRNA inhibitor control + SIRT1 siRNA group; ^& P < 0.05, versus the miRNA34a‐5p inhibitor + siRNA control group. Each experiment was repeated three times with similar results.
