Representative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans showing an oval-shaped mass of undetermined nature, measuring approximately 3 cm in the spinal canal, in the horizontal position of L2 in a 3-year-old girl that had pain in her thighs for more than 3 months and had difficulty walking when she was admitted for assessment and diagnosis.
