Circ_101341 knockdown inhibited proliferation and colony formation in vitro and repressed tumor growth in vivo. A498 and SW839 cells were transfected with sh-circ to observe the role of circ_101341. (A and B) The transfection efficiency was checked using qRT-PCR. (C and D) Cell proliferation was assessed by CCK-8 assay.
