Circ_0001175 targeted and regulated miR-130a-5p. (A) Bioinformatics analysis was used to predict the binding site between circ_0001175 and miR-130a-5p. (B) The interaction between circ_0001175 and miR-130a-5p was detected using dual-luciferase reporter experiment. (C and D) The binding relationship of circ_0001175 and miR-130a-5p was detected by Ago2-RIP experiment and RNA pull-down assay. (E) After circ_0011175 was overexpressed or knocked down, the expression of miR-130a-5p in HCC cells was detected by qRT-PCR.
