TNA treatment promoted microglial M2 polarization in vivo. (A) TNA treatment downregulated M1 macrophage (iNOS, TNFα and IL-1β) upregulated M2 macrophage (CD206, arginase 1 and Ym1) mRNA levels than those in NS group. No significant differences were found between TNA+ICI group and NS group. (B) Western blots for iNOS, CD206 and β-actin. TNA treatment downregulated iNOS protein about 3.2 folds and upregulated CD206 protein about 3.0 folds than those in NS group (**P<0.01).
