TNA treatment upregulated IL-10, not IL-4 and IL-13 in vitro. (A) TNA treatment significantly increased IL-10 mRNA level than that in LPS group. No significant changes of IL-4 and IL-13 were found. (B) Western blots for IL-4, IL-10, IL-13 and β-actin. TNA treatment upregulated IL-10 protein about 2.3 folds than that in LPS group. IL-4 and IL-13 were not significantly changed (**P<0.01).
