Thi-hyd induced G0/G1 arrest in TNBC cells. (a) and (b) 4T1 and MDA-MB-231 cells were cultured with indicated dose of Thi-hyd for 24 hours. Then the cells were fixed with cold ethanol and stained with PI solution, followed by flow cytometer analysis. The representative picture from 3 replicates in each group was shown in the figure. (c)and (d) Cell cycle distribution was quantified as a histogram. Results were presented as average ± S.D.
