Thi-hyd inhibited tumor growth and lung metastasis in the 4T1 subcutaneous tumor model. 4T1 cells (2 × 105 cells/mice) were injected subcutaneously in the right dorsal flank of BALB/c mice. 10 mg/kg Thi-hyd was given to the mice by i.p. every three days when the tumors reached the average volume of 30–40 mm3.
