ΔΔTYR+	ΔTYR+$-{\text{C}}_{\text{TYR}@\text{GOG}}$, represents the actual detected changes in tyrosine content per unit volume of the composite due to the covalent bond formation and the structural change caused by GOG without the amount of tyrosine carried by GOG.
